Control of Resources

Supervision of training and medical examination of employees, supervision of resources within the company.

This module is helpful to supervise over professional training of staff and resources of company. This program, which contains two module personnel and resources, is used to help supervise over resources of company. In the module personnel are recorded registers of employee, position, requirement of positions. Every position has specific requirements to persons working on this position and has an instruction, which describe kinds of actions making on this position. When employee is transferred from one position to different program finds a lacking but necessity training for employee. Program gives opportunity to generate list of employee whose training or tests are overdue. Program gives ability to plan courses and informs about backlogs.

• to ability generate list of lacking training after transferred staff,
• to supervise over realisation norm permanent staff training

Resources:

This module is used to record instruments and machines in company. Every parts of equipment have a number, description, and list of requirement to using this. Instruments use to measure have to be checked in specific period of time. Program generates list of instruments, which should have new specification. After specification or maintenance results are saved in system (description, certificates).
